Our consultancy work begins with an assessment process that reviews local governments’ current revenue-generating powers, mechanisms for preventing income leakages, local economic development initiatives, and locational advantages in terms of economic potential and equitable opportunities for various groups—including the rural poor, women, youth, and persons with disabilities.
